National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Part time Barista to join our team in Dubuque, IA 52003.

✨ Here's what you'll be up to:
· Craft Delicious Drinks – Prepare hot & cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items
· Create Great Customer Experiences – Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu favorites
· Keep Things Clean & Organized – Maintain a tidy workspace, including machines, counters, and utensils
· Stay Stocked & Ready – Monitor and replenish coffee beans, cups, ingredients, and supplies
· Learn the Menu – Understand brewing methods and drink options to confidently assist customers
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday
· 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Hourly Pay:
· $18.00 per hour
· Bi-weekly pay
✅ Requirements:
· Must provide two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & Social Security Card)
· Previous experience preparing coffee & Specialty beverages
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
· Must have reliable transportation
· Background check required
· Must be able to start working ASAP
