The position is responsible for a variety of scanning, indexing, customer service and data entry tasks, attaching files to electronic records and printing certificates from the electronic record. Also responsible for entering daily totals into the tracking log, processing online death certificate orders, opening and sorting mail, scanning and data entry of application requests received.
* 100% onsite for the first 6 months. 2 Remote days per week after the 6-month time frame. (Must live within an hour radius of Augusta, ME.)
