Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist with order tracking, billing questions, returns, and product information
Troubleshoot basic technical or account issues
Provide step-by-step guidance using prepared resources
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed
Maintain response time and customer satisfaction standards
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written communication skills
Basic typing speed (35+ WPM preferred)
Comfortable using computers and multiple browser tabs
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
