Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional experiences at a variety of events. As a vital part of our event management team, you will play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires individuals who are energetic, customer-oriented, and able to adapt to fast-paced and sometimes challenging environments. Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown to ensure timely and organized preparation.
• Manage attendee registration and check-in processes efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and support to attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety and compliance with venue rules and regulations.
• Support event coordinators with logistics and on-site problem solving as needed.
• Help distribute materials, merchandise, or promotional items to attendees.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces during and after events.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance and attitude.
