YOU DO NOT NEED DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH HOME HEALTH CARE, BUT YOU DO NEED DIRECT SALES EXPERIENCE WITH RELATIONSHIP BUILDING. There is always an answer to every No, and we need the person who understands how to pivot. You will receive in-house sales training, but the pace will be quick. This is not a position that you will have a couple months to learn. This position comes with an AGGRESSIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURE and we will put you on the path for success. We need someone who is persistent and excels at making connections. You will be told No repeatedly, and you may encounter people when they are already burned out and in no mood to speak. We need a candidate that remains cheerful, optimistic, and can break through tough exteriors to establish long term relationships.
