Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking a seasoned HVAC Superintendent to join our Facility Management Team! The HVAC Manager serves as a strategic leader and team builder responsible for developing, coaching, and sustaining a high-performing HVAC workforce within Denver International Airport’s mission-critical facilities environment. This role is accountable not only for technical execution, but for building a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across Service Call, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Corrective Maintenance (CM) operations. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of skilled technicians while ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of DEN’s multi-facility HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS), including oversight of our 20,000-ton / 200 MBH Central Utility Plant. Specifically, as the HVAC Manager, you will:We are seeking a leader who is equally comfortable in the mechanical room as they are the boardroom — translating complex operational data into actionable strategies, developing future supervisors and leads, and aligning daily maintenance execution with long-term asset management and capital planning objectives.

Snow/Emergency Duties: Denver International Airport is a 24/7/365 team operation.
