MAU is hiring an Interviewer in Greenville, SC. As an Interviewer, you will screen, source, and interview job seekers to meet client workforce needs while supporting recruiting operations, applicant scheduling, and onboarding activities.

Shift Information- Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a professional office environment
- Experience working directly with the public
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience- Staffing industry or manufacturing HR experience
- HR or staffing certifications
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Human Resources

Essential Functions- Use staffing software and ATS platforms to source, pre-screen, and evaluate candidates
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and administer pre-employment assessments
- Schedule interviews, orientations, assessments, and client meetings
- Maintain daily interview schedules and document results in company systems
- Source candidates through online job boards, the MAU website, Indeed, and marketing leads
- Communicate with applicants regarding eligibility and hiring status
- Assist Staffing Specialists in building candidate pipelines for open job orders
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, receptionist coverage, and applicant processing
- Maintain knowledge of job descriptions, client requirements, and workforce needs
- Participate in safety initiatives and required training programs
- Support compliance with employment laws and company policies
Work Environment and Physical Demands- This position operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers. Occasional visits to client manufacturing sites may be required. Client environments may include non-temperature-controlled areas, GMP clean room settings, and exposure to industrial equipment or powered vehicles.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift 5–15 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to climb stairs as needed
