We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement
• Guide new patients through required paperwork and serve as a resource for any questions
• Perform patient registration with accuracy and attention to detail
• Complete insurance authorizations and verifications
• Collect co‑pays and ensure accurate payment posting
• Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Maintain professionalism while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service role
• Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and patient communication
• Ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload efficiently
• Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work anywhere between 7 AM and 7 PM
• Comfortable traveling between office locations as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
