About the Role: As Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of social strategies that drive engagement and results for top-tier brands.
  • Manage the client relationship leading client growth and ensuring a positive and long-term client partnership with your group of clients.
  • Lead all aspects of content creation and campaign ideation, ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
  • Analyze, report, and optimize performance metrics to continuously elevate client results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role, preferably managing prominent brands.
  • Deep understanding and passion for social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager and social scheduling platforms like Dash Hudson.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for creative storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for continuous growth and learning.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Proven results in driving ROI through organic and paid social campaigns.
  • A knack for staying ahead of trends and incorporating them into strategies.
