The role is for a Mainframe systems Engineer who will address business incidents by aligning them to the Fidelity Record Keeping system. The role will provide in-depth understanding of Defined Contribution domain with an opportunity to work with business while still being deeply connected to technology. This role requires the ability to perform Production and non- production Support work as well as the ability to research and resolve issues related to application abends, and infrastructure changes for Fidelity Recordkeeping applications. These applications are critical for daily processing. The applications run in Fidelity's mainframe environment, and the applicant should be familiar with mainframe application technology including COBOL, Assembler 370, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, EASYTRIEVE, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities.

The team has in-depth knowledge of Defined Contribution business who work with the client relationship managers and product teams to address incidents reported by participants and plan sponsors along with supporting the batch cycles and the online environments.
