Salary: $88,600 - 163,100 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Over 2 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects in a client-facing functional or business analyst role
• More than 2 years of experience in business analysis, encompassing requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or professional services within a client-facing delivery role
• At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing various ServiceNow modules such as IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, and Third-Party Risk Management
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary for client engagements
• Possibility of limited immigration sponsorship available

• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews; capture and validate business and functional requirements, as well as user stories
• Document current (as-is) and desired (to-be) processes, including workflows, roles, and performance metrics to support ServiceNow automation
• Assess existing processes and tools to pinpoint gaps, efficiencies, and opportunities for configuration within ServiceNow
• Demonstrate understanding of ServiceNows out-of-the-box functionalities such as forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, reports, dashboards, and access controls under team guidance
• Contribute to the functional design and development of risk/security solutions, ensuring traceability from requirements to configuration
• Document data structures, risk/control frameworks, taxonomies, scoring systems, and reporting requirements within ServiceNow
• Produce project documentation including requirements, design specifications, process documents, test plans, and training materials according to delivery standards
• Develop user acceptance testing scenarios and scripts; coordinate testing execution, address defects, and assist with retesting and approvals
• Lead module demonstrations, user testing sessions, and training sessions for end-users with prepared materials
• Assist in deployment and cutover activities, including checklists and validation for large-scale rollouts
• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and next steps to client stakeholders and team members; escalate issues as required
• Foster strong professional relationships with client representatives; support senior team members in discussions with executive risk stakeholders
