Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent knife skills (fish fabrication required)
* Proper nigiri shaping and consistency
* Clean, organized workstation habits
* Positive and professional work attitude
* Ability to work in a high-standard, fast-paced environment
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Roll-only experience is not sufficient. Nigiri and fish breakdown experience required.
Preferred:
* Experience in omakase service
* Knowledge of seasonal fish and proper handling techniques
