Introduction

Glistening Glass is a exterior cleaning company that specializes in window cleaning services. We also provide Gutter Cleaning, Pressure washing, and Holiday Light hanging services.

Requirements

No Experience necessary we will train you.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to handle heights of up to 3 stories. We will train you in proper safety techniques.

Over the age of 21.

Have a working smart phone.

Be able to pass a criminal background check.

No smoking during the work day.

Have a clean drivers license. No at fault accidents in past 2 years and less than 2 speeding in last 3 years. No DUI's in the last 5 year.

Most days we start at 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM. Some days we start at 6:00 AM.

Enjoys working alone 60% of the time and teams other 40%.

Able to communicate clearly.

Salary

Training starts at $24 an hour. Employees also receive tips.

As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various buildings by performing high-quality window cleaning services. This role requires a valid driver's license and offers opportunities for individuals with no prior experience, making it an excellent entry point into the cleaning industry. Core skills in cleaning will be essential, while your relevant experience in janitorial and custodial work. Join our team and contribute to creating a pristine environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of windows in residential and commercial settings, ensuring a streak-free finish.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning tools and solutions to achieve optimal results.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
