DRIVER HELPER SUPERSTARS WANTED – $18.00/hr Starting!

EliteBLU is searching for dedicated hard-working superstars to join our team as Driver Helpers! If you love staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be a part of a winning team without the stress of driving the vehicle, this is the perfect role for you.

NO DRIVING REQUIRED! This is a helper-only position. You will ride physically in tandem with our drivers, serving as the "runner" who ensures packages get to the customer's door safely and with a smile.

Maybe eligible for a driving position after 90 days if all requirements are met.

What You’ll Do (Duties):

As our frontline Package Runner, you are the partner our drivers rely on. Your day will involve:

• Team Operations: Assist the driver with loading and unloading the van, ensuring cargo is secured and organized to prevent damage.
• Navigation Assist: Be the co-pilot! Help with routing, GPS navigation, and spotting delivery locations to keep the team on schedule.
• The "Last 50 Feet": Jump out and deliver packages to the correct doorstep, interacting with customers professionally.
• Safety & Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace inside the vehicle throughout the day.

Requirements & Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Weekend Availability is Required.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs, climb in and out of the van frequently, and walk/run at a brisk pace.
• Weather Warrior: Willing and able to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat) and navigate during evening hours.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using handheld devices to scan packages and verify deliveries.
• Communication: Strong verbal skills to coordinate with your driver and assist customers.

The Schedule:

• Shifts: ~10-12 hours per day.
• Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Sterling Heights, MI 48310 (Required).
